Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items purchased during clearance or sale offers
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards and downloadable items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@swadeshimartindia.in
- Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return
- Our support team will review your request
- Once approved, return pickup or instructions will be provided
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)
Shipping returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is missing parts or accessories
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping will be covered by SwadeshiMart only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
